A purchase order must accompany all items returned for repair. (If a dollar value is required for the customer to raise a purchase order, then the inspection fee of $100.00 should be used).

If the repair cost is accepted and approval given to go ahead with the repair, the inspection fee will cover the first hour of labour.

If an item is received without a purchase order, it will be held in quarantine and the customer advised of the need for a purchase order.

WARRANTY ITEMS

For an item being returned for repair where warranty is being claimed, a purchase order must still be supplied. When the item has been inspected and warranty agreed, then a "No Charge" invoice will be raised.

If a purchase order is not received within 30 days of the repair estimate notice, all items will be returned at the expense of the original sender.
